The last few months of this year have been traumatic for many. There were the murders, the robberies and of course, the senseless road accidents. The road accidents will continue for a while as more senseless people take to the streets.
One crash will occur on the last day of the year. The driver will collide with a motorcyclist who will be hurrying to get to his destination.

For some reason, fires always rear their ugly heads at this time. This weekend will see another fire. Once more arson would be blamed, because a disgruntled neighbour would not take kindly to some actions.
The police would get the information but they would not be in a position to make any arrest until the dawn of the New Year.

Battle lines are drawn on the political front. Recent actions in the National Assembly will spark some sharp confrontations, all of which would be promoted in the media.
Meanwhile, word out of a foreign country is that there is a move to deport another Guyanese.
