The Housing Minister may be out of control

I am an employee of CH&PA and we are in a crisis situation. The new minister Valerie Patterson is doing her own thing and running the agency out of the Ministerial Secretariat. Like Irfaan Ali before her. Minister Patterson is doing her own thing.
Is this the change Guyanese voted for?
This new minister is allocating land from her office and doing all types of transactions which bypass the land allocation department. When the transactions get arranged upstairs, the persons are sent downstairs with instructions from the Minister. The CEO Myrna Pitt and Director of Operations Denise King-Tudor encouraging the minister in doing her own thing. This is not how CHPA is supposed to run.
A couple months ago the minister and management decided to give fifty Guyanese $300,000 to fix up their homes for jubilee. Nobody looked at the cost or whether this thing even made sense. The Board rejected it and made some modifications but before the program was explained to staff, the Minister went on TV and announced the program. She also gave other interviews, even though she knows that these things have to be approved by the board.
Minister Valerie Patterson reminds me of Irfaan Ali because this is exactly how he used to operate. Not too long after the minister announced a 50/50 discount plan on house lots. Minister Patterson, the CEO Myrna Pitt, Director of Operations Denise King-Tudor and the minister’s assistant Mr. Nelson might be the only persons who understand this plan. I know for sure that no one on the Board was notified of this plan and the staff is left to deal with members of the public who keep coming all the time. No one explain this program properly to us. The Board was notified after the public announcement and many members disagreed with this program. We are using a different receipt book for the money we are told to collect. This will cause this agency huge embarrassment when the truth is revealed.
Another thing Minister Patterson is doing now is talking about launching a building expo. This is one of Irfaan Ali’s pet projects and a waste of money. The Board and Minister Bulkan need to rein in Minister Patterson as she is running CHPA without consulting with staff. The CEO and Director of Operations are encouraging the Minister because like when Keith Scott was here they sweet talk him and he used to protect them. Myrna Pitt and Denise King-Tudor should have been fired a long time ago for the billions they cannot account for at CHPA. They are both threatening and intimidating staff not to talk to Board members but we will tell what we know when we are asked.
