Heineken’s Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Champions League
(UCL) Series Promotion continued Thursday night at Altitude Bar and Lounge, Sandy Babb Street, Kitty, with Adesina Flatts winning an official UEFA-branded wrist watch after defeating Stephen Henry in a Foosball Competition.
Foosball is a table assimilation of football and is part of Heineken’s UEFA Series Promotion at bars across Guyana. Both players displayed enthusiasm and were the finalists after several other rounds that included Heineken patrons at the Lounge.
Heineken is a global sponsor of the Champions League, and as such, the brand will continue to kick off its annual local promotion across Guyana. For the first time this year, the promotion will also kick off at bars outside of Georgetown.
Customers across Guyana will have the chance to take part in similar Foosball competitions in the Heineken UEFA Series where football fans will be given the opportunity to enjoy the final stages of the Champions League.
This year’s promotion will end with a massive final party slated for a date to be announced. It promises to be bigger and better than ever before. The purchase of buckets of Heineken gives participants the chance to enter the Foosball Competition to win prizes.
