Playing at the Blairmont Community Centre ground, the richly talented Anderson, with support from Bhaskar Yadram, rescued their team after they were bowled out for a below par total in the first inning.

Bowling for the home team, Noel Deodat claimed 3-9, Samuel Glasgow 3-15 and Javid Karim took 2-17. In response, Blairmont were bundled out for 42 in 18.3 overs. Yadram who opened the bowling grabbed 7-22 from 9.3 overs, while left-arm spinner Keith Simpson supported with 3-15 from nine overs. Leading by 25, RHT Farfan and Mendes reached 180 all out, batting a second time. Anderson struck a superb 108 off 208 balls including five fours. It was his third century in fourth innings. Yadram made 20, Quinton Crandon 16 and Keith Simpson 15. Deodat bagged 7-78 and Karim 2-28.
Needing to score 206 for an outright victory, Blairmont, who defeated Albion and Young Warriors earlier in the tournament, were sent packing for 92. Opener Javid Khan offered resistance with an aggressive 48, as Anderson returned with the ball to take 5-14 and Keith Simpson 2-13.
Anderson was named Man-of-the-Match, while the Farfan and Mendes team received $50,000 and the Tenelec Trophy. Blairmont took home $25,000.
