Show Stoppers win NEE/Stag Beer/Cell Smart Futsal title in Linden
Show Stoppers defeated Plantain and Cheese 3-2 Saturday night to win the New Era Entertainment /Stag Beer/Cell Smart Futsal title and the $250,000 cash prize at the Mackenzie Sports Club Hardcourt in Linden.
Plantain All-star beat Russians in the third place playoff in penalty shoot out. The second placed team won $116,000 with a trophy while third got $91,000 with a trophy. The fourth placed team walked away with $41,000 and trophy.
