While corporate agencies have not wasted a day in December in spreading Christmas cheer, HBTV’s Wake Up Guyana Show has chosen the most appropriate day to disperse merriment.

Today in the studios of HBTV, Basil Bradshaw, host of Wake Up Guyana, in collaboration with HBTV and Ram and McRae Chartered Accountants have arranged to treat 100 children to goodies and presents.
According to Bradshaw, the occasion marks the fourth of its kind.
“Every year we know that children look forward to being treated for the season. Over the years, various institutions do this for kids but it’s never enough. So Wake Up Guyana decided to contribute in a similar way; hoping that more caring institutions would follow suit,” he expressed.
