Dear Editor,
The President and Members of the East Coast Cricket Umpires Association wish to offer congratulations to our fellow Brother Umpire and friend, Nigel Duguid on his recent promotion to the International Panel of Umpires.
You have made us proud, and deservedly so. Continue to practice the Profession with the Skill, Joy, Enthusiasm and Dignity you have always displayed and you will certainly be elevated.
