Narayan Ramdhani leads Under-17 Badminton players over the weekend
The National Sports Commission (NSC) Junior Tournament continued last weekend with the Under-17 events played off at the Queens College Badminton Courts.
The Tournament which again attracted students from schools around Georgetown was played in the Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles Events. Narayan Ramdhani gained the Triple Crown by winning the Singles, Boys Doubles with Andrew Peroune and Mixed Doubles with his sister Priyanna Ramdhani.

The Results of the Finals and Third Placed are:
Boys Singles Finals: Narayan Ramdhani (Marian) Defeated Avinash Odit (Marian):21-14,21-15; Third Place went to Noel Shewjattan(QC) who defeated Kevin Quaicoe (QC):21-19,18-21,11-21
Girls Singles Finals: Greer Jackson (QC) defeated Priyanna Ramdhani (Marian):21-8,21-16; Third Place went to Angelica Holder(QC)
Boys Doubles Finals: Narayan Ramdhani/Andrew Peroune (Marian) defeated Christopher Persaud (Bishops)/Noel Shewjattan (QC):21-16,21-13
Girls Doubles Finals: Priyanna Ramdhani (Marian)/Angelica Holder (QC) defeated Greer Jackson/Varsha Boodram (QC): 21-19,21-17
Mixed Doubles Finals: Narayan Ramdhani/Priyanna Ramdhani (Marian) defeated Avinash Odit/Anuradha Odit (Marian): 21-9,21-11
