‘Stealth Bomber’ signs for September fight
WIBA and WIBC light heavyweight champion Gwendolyn O’Neil this week signed a contract to fight American Carlette Ewell in a much anticipated rematch.
The Guyanese first fought Ewell on June 6 in St Maarten and won on points. The rematch is scheduled for September 27 in St Maarten.
O’Neil signed the contract Friday in the office of Parliamentary Secretary of Sport Steve Ninvalle in the presence of WIBC representative Seon Bristol and husband Eon Peters.
