The fifth annual Guyana Energy Conference and Supply Chain Expo was officially launched in December 2025 under the theme, “Building Tomorrow’s Future Today.” The conference is scheduled to run from February 17 to 20, 2026, at the Guyana Marriott Hotel and will bring together industry leaders and experts from around the world.
Organisers noted that the previous edition attracted more than 10,000 participants, over 200 exhibitors, 300 sponsors and upwards of 75 speakers representing 40 countries. They highlighted that the conference continues to provide premier opportunities in Guyana for executive networking and B2B marketing.
As part of this year’s activities, a 5K walk/run is planned for the Sunday prior to the official opening, along with an innovation challenge targeting students from Grade Seven to CAPE. The challenge will encourage participants to identify community or sector issues and propose solutions using artificial intelligence.
