Mason gets $1 million bail for break and enter and larceny

Kaieteur News – A 31-year-old mason from Craig was on Monday released on $1 million bail for break and enter and larceny.
The accused, Adam Downes who hails from Craig Old Road, East Bank Demerara (EBD), appeared at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Dylon Bess.
Downes pleaded not guilty to the offence which was committed on Andre Crowder at New Migrant Scheme, Providence, EBD on June 11, 2025.
He was granted bail and the matter was adjourned to August 7, 2025.
Downes was arrested on July 10, 2025.
