Kaieteur News- During the recent opening of bids at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) office, it was revealed that the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security is planning to undertake several rehabilitation works at centres located at the Guyana Women’s Leadership Institute (GWLI) at Cove & John, East Coast Demerara.
According to the information provided, the Human Services Ministry went out to tender for the completion of Culinary Training Centre at GWLI. A total of nine contractors have applied for the project.
Also, the ministry intends to carry out electrical upgrades of buildings at GWLI and will renovate the garment lab there.
