Kaieteur News- A 23-year-old man is at his wits end, after he discovered a vehicle that he rented was stolen from in front of his home located at Belle West, Number Two Canal, West Bank Demerara (WBD).
The incident occurred between 20:30h on Thursday and 05:30h on Friday.
Hermant Ramrattan related that the vehicle with registration number PSS 355 is valued at $1 million. He stated that at about 20:30h on Thursday he parked the vehicle in front of his home, however upon waking up at 05:30h on Friday; he made the discovery that the vehicle was stolen.
As a result of the theft, Ramrattan lost his driver’s license, Identification (ID) Card and two bank cards.
“It affect me bad because it’s the first time somebody did something like this to me and I am studying, how I will get back the car,” Ramrattan said.
The matter was reported to police.
