The data speaks for itself. There is the most urgent need for a well organized conversation of all affected parties (including accident survivors/families and related experts) to develop an intelligent Traffic Management Strategy for our (Burial) Garden City, connected by infrastructured highways.
The suggested programme for discussion should at least include the following topics:
(ii) Specified travelling hours
Hopefully, the foregoing will make for exhaustive discussion and comprehensive recommendations that should include the danger zone that is Stabroek Market.
The organizers must of course insist that the GPF’s Traffic Department submit a memorandum in advance that would include commentary on the justification for theirs and other vehicles being furnished with PRIVATE LICENCE PLATES.
