GGA Annual General Meeting set for July 25
Kaieteur Sports – The Annual General Meeting of the Guyana Golf Association will be held on Tuesday 25th July, 2023, from 6:00pm at the Scout Association Ground on Woolford Avenue.
Notice of Motions must reach the Secretary no later than 18th July, 2023.
Each club registered with the Association is entitled to send two delegates, however only one authorized member will be allowed to vote.
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows;
Welcome, Minutes/ Matters Arising, President Report, Secretary ‘s Report, Treasurer’s Report, Motions, Election of office bearers for Period 2023-2024, Installation of Office bearers and Any Other Business.
The new AGM is guided by the Guyana Olympic Association rules and regulations and in keeping with the requirements set forth by the Guyana Olympic Association’s Executive in response to the GGA’s request for membership that was submitted in March 2020.
Attendance may also be by way of electronic means.
