Kaieteur Sports – The Guyana Office of Assistants Promotion Committee (GOAPC) will be hosting its largest ever School’s Eight-a-side Tapeball competition on Saturday 24th June.
The competition, dubbed as the Fifth and Sixth former’s farewell cricket extravaganza, will be an intense four-over showdown. The competition will feature teams from East Coast Demerara, West Bank Demerara, West Berbice and East Bank Demerara. So far eighteen teams have registered to participate in this event.
See teams such as North Ruimveldt Secondary, Queens College, St Rose’s High, West Demerara Secondary, La Bonnie Intersection Secondary, Diamond Secondary and many others vying for the James ‘Uprizing’ Lewis trophy. Medals and individual trophies will also be presented to outstanding teams and players.
The tournament is proudly sponsored by Salim’s Knight Rider Bus Services and the Office of Commissioner of Police.
