Dear Editor,
I write to respond to letter to the editor by customer Ivin Ramlall. Firstly, I apologise to this customer for the inconvenience caused – we understand that in this technological era, access to communication services is no longer a luxury, but a necessity.
Mr. Ramlall reported the issue on February 24, 2022 and even before this letter was published, work commenced to restore his service on March 2, 2022 – We contacted him today (March 3, 2022) and he confirmed that all is well.
Pivoting GTT to become a 21st century customer centric organisation means that we reliably connect the customer and we will continue to fulfill this promise.
