A miner of Fitzburg Port Kaituma, Region One, was yesterday sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $210,000 by Magistrate Dylon Bess for the possession of 140 grams of marijuana.
The accused, Travis Eudoxie, 24, appeared via Zoom at the Matthew’s Ridge Magistrate Court where he was charged.
Eudoxie pleaded guilty to charge which read that he had in his possession a quantity of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
