The Wakenaam Cricket Committee will set a new date for the final of the Bel Air Rubis/Trophy Stall T20 competition after rain prevented further play
in the fixture on Sunday last.
Sans Souci were 180-6 after 18.3 overs, batting first when rain intervened at the Wakenaam Community Centre ground. Cleon Venture was not out on 82 with seven fours and six sixes, while Oyono Sampson made 46 one four and five sixes and Jaggernauth Manbodh 26. Medium pacer Wazir Khan grabbed three wickets.
Secretary of the WCC Nazeer Mohamed said a new date for the final will be announced shortly.
