The champions of this year’s edition of the Courts Peewee football under-12 tournament will be decided today following two months of keen rivalry among Primary schools.
The final will kick off at 16:30hrs at the Ministry of Education (MOE) ground on Carifesta Avenue with Genesis Primary playing St. Agnes Primary.
St. Agnes had defeated Tucville Primary 2-0 en route to the final but Genesis despite losing to North Georgetown in the semifinal by a similar 2-0 score line will contest the final since North have been disqualified for fielding two ineligible players.
The third place playoff will feature Soesdyke Primary and Tucville in the opening game that blows off at 15:30hrs.
This year’s competition is also supported by Banks DIH limited.
