A patient at a city hospital will die from complications due to a surgical intervention. Immediately there will be calls for the Medical Association to launch an investigation.
The general view would be that a doctor was unprepared for the intervention but the hospital trotted him out as the candidate to undertake the intervention.

There will be another invasion of a business place by a group of young men who seem unable to comprehend that the society is on the watch for such activities.
It goes without saying that they will be caught, although catching them would take some doing.

There is going to be an outbreak of a strange disease. The cause would be the insanitary conditions under which some people live. Initially there is going to be some animosity against the foreign migrants. But the truth is that some locals would be the people responsible for the spread by moving into the more concentrated populations.
