The police are busy trying to enforce the traffic rules. Motorcycle cops and bicycle cops are patrolling the streets. They are going to stop a motorcyclist in a routine exercise only to discover an illegal firearm.
During the attempt to arrest, things are going to get ugly. Someone would get hurt.

Despite the rains there are fires. A fire would break out in an industrial operation. The cause would initially be unknown until investigators discover that there was some carelessness with an electrical tool.
The Guyana Fire Service would initially encounter difficulties but the ranks would battle the odds and prevent the fire from spreading.

A freak accident would lead to problems on a construction site. More often than not workers do not have safety gear. Contractors do not pay attention to those things. Calls would be made to the Department of Labour to visit construction sites and penalize those errant contractors.
