Pastor Raphael Massiah, President of the Foundation, said over the past two and a half years, the organisation has managed to raise significant sums that were utilised for the purpose of providing for the affected families.
Donations from the members of the Guyana Police Force to the Hero’s Foundation have enabled them to raise a significant amount that will be donated to bring assistanc
e to the affected families.
The police commissioner, Leslie James, said the Guyana Police Force remains fully committed to the affected families and that each month similar handing over ceremonies are held to bring assistance to those who suffered the loss of their loved ones.
Pastor Raphael Massiah said the foundation is aiming to bring desktop computers very soon to each of the affected families.

She is forced to use internet cafes and is faced by all kinds of elements all while trying to complete her day’s assignments.
The President of the foundation said they have taken it upon themselves to provide desktop computers to each of the affected families. These computers are expected to be handed over very soon.
