Nuff people seh instead of giving a politician the keys to the city, it might be better to change the locks. Don’t trust him inside anything you got. That is wha dem boys seh.
Keep yuh eyes and ears pun these politicians but keep you mouth close because dem might creep inside deh too.
Trust dem boys on this one. Dem got two type of politicians; some stupid and de others corrupt. De corrupt ones will sell out Guyana with everybody inside for a few dollars.
Exxon seh by 2019 dem ready fuh pump up oil and Guyana ain’t even got a piece of PVC pipe in hand, or a bucket to fetch water much less oil.
Three years done and Guyana ain’t even ready wid a few security guards fuh protect oil property. Dem politicians busy sharing money according to de budget. Dem give to this place and that place.
Just imagine dem give de army US$65 million and de Energy Department wha got fuh hire special auditors to mek sure Exxon and de rest of dem don’t shaft us, who have to hire experts to negotiate with Exxon get US$2 million. Now wah US$2 million can do??
Dem boys seh de Mofos should do it de odda way around- give de army US$2 million and de Energy Department US$65 million fuh put proppa Laws, measures and systems in place before oil start to come up. That is to protect de country. Guess what we have nutting in place yet.
Is that penny wise and pound foolish??? Na! na! Dem boys don’t want to believe that.
Everybody children and grandchildren future wealth is at stake and all some of dem thinking is about dem pockets.
Dem boys want to know, Who does wait till dem ready fuh s**t then run fuh build toilet??
Yes this is exactly what is playing out here in Guyana with this crop of leaders.
In fact it is worse than that. It’s not only s**t but them have nutting in place, not even toilet paper fuh wipe.
Because of how dem operating dem boys believe de world would be a nicer place if every MP tek a chill pill. It would be even better if some of them choke on it.
That is how dem had a quiz in school last week. What happens if a politician drowns in a river? One child seh, “That is pollution.”
What happens if all of them drown? De whole class seh “That is de solution …!!!”
Talk half and that will be de solution to Guyana oil problems.
