Bowen, 42, a security guard of Lot 2 Water Street, Bagotstown, allegedly stabbed Mark to death during a heated row over an illegal connection from which they were collecting water.
According to reports, the two men were involved in a heated altercation over the removal of a water pipe by Ifill from the Bowen’s yard. As a result they ended up in a fight during which the accused lashed Ifill to his head with an object.

Bowen was charged for the offense in 2017, he is expected to go on trial at the next practical sitting at the Demerara.
