Police are trying to locate Damian Bissoon for the murder of Taj Andrew Jarvis, who was stabbed to death on March 30, at Barr and Alexander Streets, Kitty.
A release stated that Bissoon is 31, and his last known address is Lot 34 Shell Road, Kitty.
Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Damian Bissoon is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 592-226-2870, 592-229-2655, 592-229-2289, 592-227-1149, 592-226-7065, 911 or the nearest police station.
All information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
Jarvis, of Dowding Street, Kitty, was slain on at around 20:00 hrs on Good Friday night in the vicinity of Barr and Alexander Streets, Kitty.
The motive was given as robbery.
It is alleged that Jarvis was seen walking with a friend along Alexander Street when the suspect confronted him and demanded money.
An argument ensued and the suspect stabbed Jarvis to his chest and chin, and allegedly kicked the victim after he collapsed.
The attacker escaped south along Alexander Street.
Jarvis was pronounced dead on arrival at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation.
