Dear Editor,
I am aware Mr. Lennox Cornette was asked to resign as CEO of NCN. I am also aware that Mr. Enrico Woolford was appointed Chairman of a revamped board of directors.
I am not aware of any advertisement for a new CEO. I have been reliably informed that Mr. Enrico Woolford is signing documents and may be performing as Executive Chairman.
My question is, is Mr. Woolford the Executive Chairman of NCN, and if so does the company’s articles make provision for that? And if he is not the Executive Chairman, when will the vacancy for Chief Executive be advertised?
Thank you
Merlin Richards
Editor’s note: Section 81 (i) of the Company Act states inter alia that any company from within its number can appoint a Managing Director or a Chief Executive Officer.
NCN is a company under the Company Act.
