The mental sickness of people in the society has people asking why it is that there is such a high incidence of domestic violence. Every time there seems to be a lull this demon raises its head. There has been more than a fair share of men killing women over the past few weeks. This phase is not over. The key here is copycat.

Jealousy often leads to uncharacteristic behaviour. The improvements recorded by a household would lead the neighbour to resort to arson. Fortunately others in the vicinity will rush to put out the blaze but that would not be the end of the issue.
Murder, another evil that stalks the land, would be then of the jealous rage.

People will capitalize on the increasing wealth coming into the country by picking on people who are in the employ of others. Some will raise prices of goods in the stores and this is going to invite the attention of the Guyana Revenue Authority.
