There is heightened criminal activity as more young men join the band of criminals roaming the streets. The police still control the streets and this is having an effect on the number of crimes, but this is not stopping some of the misguided from attempting their acts.
The result is that three of them would be taken off the streets in the coming hours, largely because their animalistic greed would get the better of them.

An industrial accident would force the closure of a workplace for hours. A man is going to fall from a high place because there was simply no safety consideration for workers.

Vehicular accidents are common, but this particular accident would be inexplicable. A car would seek to meander through a stalled traffic situation. Needless to say, this would cause an eruption of anger that would have serious consequences and further stall the traffic situation.
