Robberies are always occurring, but this one will catch the attention for all the wrong reasons. The bandit would be acting alone. He would attack an individual who is a licensed firearm holder.
The result would be a fatality in the heart of the city.

The nonsense on the roadways will continue. A vehicle will fail to stop at an intersection causing a collision.
There will be injuries and some road rage that will bring the police to the scene.

A river accident will lead to a fatality. A vessel coming from the interior would collide with another. One will try to run aground but it will be a difficult task.
A person sitting in the front of the smaller vessel would be tossed into the water.
