A customer of GPL is crying about unfair disconnection

Dear Editor,
I, Lewis A. Robinson, of 145 Lamaha Street, N/Town, Georgetown, had two (2) meters installed at the above address by GPL. The meter numbers: (a) IT0015571 (b) IT0015566.The date of installation: 20/6/2017. On 7/8/2017 two technicians from GPL called me and told me, they would like to change the meters, they are in front of the building. I told them I was out conducting business and would be back in a short while. They told me they would wait, so I hurried back so that they can do their job.
When I got back to the technicians they told me they had an order concerning 2 meters from their supervisor. I opened the gate and they changed the meters. Order # 99524 states that meter # IT0015571 must be replaced by meter # IT0003540. Order #99525 states that meter # IT0015566 must be replaced by meter # IT0003474. On closer observation of the order I found that the meters the supervisor gave them to replace the existing meters with were the same type of meter and had the same ratings. So I asked for the name of the supervisor that gave them the order and the meters and was told it was a Mr Persaud.
The following morning two technicians came about 8:15 and requested permission to come on to the property to replace the two meters they installed the afternoon before. That did not sound right to me. I asked them to speak with their supervisor; they told me he was on his way. When he arrived he could not explain why he had to have the meter changed and to which type, so I told him I have to go and call the office before we do anything else. I left to get my phone and call the office. On my return I heard Mr Watson directing one of the technicians to disconnect the power to the building from the street. I have called Mr. Watson’s office 225-5218 on numerous occasions and am always told that Mr. Watson will not speak with me because he does not speak with customers. Can you please get Mr. Watson to answer the concerns that I have.
(1) Why did he disconnect the power to my building without proper notification?
(2) Is this situation a case of incompetence or is this standard operating policy of GPL?
(3) Am I being made a victim state incompetence?
(4) When will power be restored?
(5) Are you prepared to compensate me for the time I am without power or without notification as to the reason I am without power.
I would like Mr. Watson to know it is weeks now since I have no power or an official notification as to why I am without power. I think it is but fair if not standard operating practice that Mr. Watson address my concerns since he is the head of metering and he was not at site the day the service was interrupted.
