Dear Editor,
I penned this letter with a heavy heart because of the great injustice that was done to me by the management of a business located in Rosignol in relation to a gas stove I purchased.
The next day, I realized that the burner was not turning off unless you turn off the source of the gas itself, the gas bottle. Sir, I realized that this is a safety hazard for my family and my home. I went back to the store to check for help but when I got there.
I learnt that there was no warranty available plus the receipt I received was from the cash register and not a receipt with a valid revenue stamp and no manual for the gas stove. The value of the item is $65,000 cash. I need the relevant authority to look into this matter because I need value for my money. The people are being cheated and I like to bring this to the attention of the Guyana REVENUE AUTHORITY.

Hard truths… (Kaieteur News) – Never knew Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo to be sneaky. Sloppy, hostility personified and sleeker than mercury, he can be. But not sneaky, not he.
