De budget is not de only thing that got people talking. Christmas coming and dem still got blackout. This is de season when people does bun more light than at any time. Is fairy lights and icicle lights and street lights and Christmas trees in de streets.
In de old days people use to lef dem house to go and walk and see de lighting up and de trees. Nowadays when dem boys lef dem home dem got to guess which area got blackout and which tree got lights.
