Dear Editor,
I refer to a very good letter in the Kaieteur News of the 30th October, 2016, penned by Mr. Sherod Duncan of the Mayor and City Council of Georgetown. One of the items he referred to is Mr. Peter Drucker and of his effective management techniques. Maybe from top to bottom should go on a management course and learn to manage. One of the very first things they will learn is really what is “Conflict of Interest” This is really the gateway to chaos and ultimately corruption. There was a beautiful analytical editorial the same day of the current situation and should be taken seriously by those in authority. Let’s try or start to restore the Public Treasury with the billions the forensic audits are revealing daily, and that will certainly boost our economy. Grant amnesty to miscreants if they return what they have taken.
