The waste of an asset
Around 14:00 hrs on Thursday two vehicles collided on the Canefield Public Road, 
East Canje.
Reports are that the Toyota Vista HC 6292 piloted by Phillip Yearwood clipped the other vehicle PJJ 3428, which had stopped to signal its intention to turn into a side street.
The accident caused the other driver to lose control and end up nose down in a canal at the head of the said street.
Yearwood was arrested and placed into custody. A school child who was reportedly in Yearwood’s vehicle was rushed to the hospital as was the driver of the other vehicle.
