Wolf’s Challenge Cup Softball…Wolf Warriors Masters and Fisherman Masters among latest winners

Action in the Wolf’s Challenge Cup Softball Cricket competition continued last weekend and will resume this weekend with several matches.
In Results from last Sunday: Wolf Warriors Masters defeated Floodlights. Floodlights made 93 All Out in 17.2 overs. Wayne Jones scored 25; R. Narine 2-3, S. Yusuf 2-11and M. Viera 2-28 bowling for Wolf Warriors Masters, who replied with 95-5 off 16.4 overs. R. Sankar led with 26, R. Narine 23; W. Jones 2-16 and Claude Canterbery 2-21 for the losers.
Fisherman Masters beat Tropical Springs by 6 wickets. Tropical Springs 49-7 in 20 overs. Anil Rambarran captured 3-14. Fisherman replied with 51-5 off 10.3 overs. L. Ramdin 3-38 and Azimullah 2-14 led the fight back for the losers.
Superior Woods defeated Parika Defenders by 8 Wkts. Parika 146 All Out in 19.1 overs. P. Balgobin 46, Beesham 26; Mark Fung 3-20, F. Kumar 3-25, Peter Persaud 2-20 were the top performers. Superior Woods responded with 147-3 16 overs. F. Kumar 44, Mohamed Rafeek 40 and John Flintoff 34 led the reply. F. Mohamed took 2-4 for the losers.

Pitch (1): 10:00am Regal Masters vs Savage Masters. 1:00 pm Fisherman Masters vs HS Masters.
Pitch (2): 10:00am Superior Woods vs Albion Masters. 1:00pm Tropical Springs vs Savage Masters.
At Tuschen Ground –
10:00am Wolf Warriors Masters vs Wellman. 1:00pm Floodlights vs Parika Defenders.
