Members of the GMMAKA that participated in the South America Undiscovered Martial Arts Championship.
Kaieteur Sports – The Guyana Mixed Martial Arts Karate Association (GMMAKA) delivered an exceptional performance at the South America Undiscovered Martial Arts Championship on March 29, 2026, securing an impressive total of 32 medals with a team of just 16 competitors.
The team’s outstanding medal haul included 10 gold, 14 silver, and 8 bronze medals, underscoring their strength, skill, and versatility across multiple divisions.
Head Instructor, Master Lloyd Ramnarine, extended heartfelt congratulations to the team, praising their discipline, dedication, and relentless hard work. He commended the athletes for representing both their association and country with pride and excellence on the international stage.
