But some of them are fidgety, and that will allow the police to confront two of them just as they target a woman in the city.

Madness still prevails on the road. Before the weekend is over there will be another road accident that will prove fatal. A motorist will be to blame.
It is not an accident that the road fatality figures are higher at this time than they were last year.

There will be two prosecutions coming in the wake of revelations contained in a forensic audit. The perpetrator would have been working with one of the departments that were created as semi-autonomous bodies.
