‘Back to the Future’3rd Caribbean Goodwill Tournament…
As preparations for the 3rd Caribbean Goodwill Tournament dubbed ‘Back to the Future’, and scheduled to get underway here in Guyana from November 26-29, officials of the Jamaica Amateur Boxing Association (JABA) are currently gearing up to select their best pugilists for participation.
President of the JABA, Stephen Jones, has already confirmed his country’s participation but dispatched a letter to his local counterpart, Steve Ninvalle, indicating that Jamaican boxing authorities are in the process of staging a box off, slated for October 23 to enable selectors to choose their best options. Mr. Jones said that they will be sending at least four boxers to the championships.
