The Ministry of Education Department of Culture Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) will be hosting a CARICOM Relay Athletics Meet at the National Park this coming Sunday at 4pm.
This is according to one of the organisers, Rajan Tiwari, who also said that the categories that will be contested include junior male and female and over-50 with five persons per team allowed to compete.
First to third places will be awarded prizes. There will also be individual and special prizes up for grabs. For more information, interested persons can contact Leslie Blacks on 673 8829 or Tiwari on 652 9570.
