Doris Fordyce – 100 and going strong!
Digicel joined Doris Fordyce of Kuru Kururu, Soesdyke/Linden Highway to celebrate her 100th birthday on Wednesday last. Brand Ambassador, Curtis ‘Casual’ Armstrong (stooping) joined the centenarian and her family to share the birthday cake. Ms. Fordyce is a very active senior citizen who never misses her daily exercise routine. During the celebrations, she recited her favourite poem, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s “Psalm of Life” for her well-wishers. Doris has five children, thirty-seven grandchildren, eighty-seven great grandchildren and eighteen great-great grandchildren.
