The Guyana Netball Association (GNA) will be staging its 23 and Under Club competition from July 29-31, at the National Gymnasium.
According to a release from the GNA most of the top teams in the country have signalled their intention to participate in the tournament which promises to be an exciting affair.
Emanie are the reigning champions, but with the exclusion of many of the top senior players due to ineligibility from the event, other clubs such as All Stars, Rim Rockerz, Eagles, Fearless Flyers and Doves could spring surprises.
Emanie, however, the most dominant club in Guyana presently will be looking to retain their title since they dominated the tournament last year.
Each club can register a maximum of two teams, with each consisting of twelve members.
All teams are asked to submit the names of umpires, scorers, time-keepers (3 each/Club), Umpires and Team Captains by July 19 where they will attend a briefing session from 18:30 hrs, at the National Gymnasium.
All teams participating in the competition must register its players not later than July 19 at 18:30hrs at the same venue.
