The Guyana Lawyers’ Cricket team rebounded from their game one loss to Trinidad and Tobago to equal a two-game Twenty/20 series last weekend in the Twin Island Republic.

In game one, Guyana batted first and scored 91 with Charles Ramson Jr. top scoring with 26 runs that included two boundaries and a six. Magistrate Ramroop supported with 22 runs while Sanjeev Datadin contributed 16 runs.
Naveen Maraj, Fareed Alli and Guy Hannays all finished with one wicket each for Trinidad, who reached their target for the loss of two wickets with Javid Khan scoring 38 runs.
However, Guyana bounced back in game two after reducing the Trinidadians to 71 runs and reaching their target in the last over. Dennis Paul was the pick of the bowlers for Guyana with four wickets for 15 runs off his allotted four overs.
Ganesh Hira top scored with 11 runs and Ramroop supported with 9 runs while Ramson had eight runs in the run chase.
