Is a sad day because a leading politician holding on to life but he ain’t even aware wha happening around he. A doctor coming in to operate pun he head because he brain under pressure. It bleeding and de pressure building up. He really sick, suh sick that de government helping to bring in a neurosurgeon to operate.
But dem boys seh that if was some people who was in de same position de hospital wouldn’t need a neurosurgeon. Dem people don’t have a brain.
Dem boys seh that Kwame claim he had a headache and that he feel is he brain. A doctor examine he and then whisper to he friends that Kwame suffering from delusions of grandeur—which is a nice way of telling people that Kwame had great imagination. De truth was that he didn’t have no brain suh he couldn’t have brain worries.
Was de same thing wid Prem and Randy and couple others.
Is people like dem mek Guyana ain’t got a neurosurgeon. Few people got brains and Winston is just one of dem.
Dem boys she that dem contractors ain’t got brains because dem woulda do good wuk and get plenty contracts. Instead dem doing bad wuk and end up getting no new contract.
