Campbell to captain Guyana in regional Female tournament
Teenage West Indies Women’s all-rounder Shemaine Campbell will Captain Guyana in the next month’s West Indies Women’s cricket tournament in St Vincent.
The Guyana side also includes Tremayne Smartt who was a member of the West Indies team which reached the 20/20 World Cup semi-final but did not play any of the games while Erva Giddings is the other player in the side with West Indies Female cricket experience.
The Guyana squad read:- Shemaine Campbell(Captain), Abena Parker (Vice-captain), June Ogle-Thomas, Melanie Henry, Onika Wallerson, Zaheeda Samdally, Tremayne Smartt, Tracey Miller, Joanne Van Sertima, Erva Giddings, Sabrina Munroe, Nikita Toney, Shinead Emerson, Prudence Williams.
