There is so much wrong with the issue of permission to use the roadways. Many young people, however, decide that they do not need any permission and this is a real problem.
A group will take a car for a joyride that would turn deadly. The young man would be encouraged by his friends to test the vehicle so he would respond with what would turn out to be a fatal error in judgement.
The destruction would be significant, especially since it would involve another vehicle, the driver of which would be proceeding in a manner designed to ensure that he gets home safely. And more a parent would be reduced to helplessness.

An angry spouse is going to give her partner a bath that he would wish he never had. He would beat the woman earlier in the day and she would bide her time until she gets her revenge.
The police are going to arrest her and her story is going to be one of horror. However, the law only deals with what happens at the time. Public sympathy will eventually play a part.

A most unusual fire is going to strike just outside the city. The victims would insist that they turned off everything, that there was nothing that could have caused the fire. However, people often forget the smoldering embers from a previous blaze.

Keep an eye on the waterways. A speedboat is going to slam into another and two people would be reported missing.
