Skull wanted for miner’s killing at Issano
(Kaieteur News) – Police have issued a wanted bulletin for 31-year-old Mark Griffith called ‘Skull’ for questioning in connection with killing of Shawn Abrams during a bar fight at 14 Miles, Issano, Middle Mazaruni, Region Seven.
Griffith’s last known address was given as Canje Village, Berbice, Region Six. If anyone knows his whereabouts or has any credible information leading to his arrest, they can contact police on telephone numbers, 911, 227-1611, 268-2328, 268-2329, 226-3411, 225-8196, 227-1159 or the nearest police station.

Abrams, a miner was killed early Saturday morning during an altercation with another miner. Police said Abrams was reportedly drinking with three friends and a 31-year-old miner from Canje, Berbice, Region Six, at a bar in the area when a disagreement developed between the two men.
The argument soon turned into a scuffle. One of Abrams’ friends reportedly intervened and separated the two men. However, he noticed blood stains on Abrams’ vest. Abrams then walked a short distance away before collapsing. He was reportedly bleeding heavily and died at the scene. The suspect reportedly left the area after the incident.
