Passed the mechanical deceased
Silent as a sleeping stream
Its siren programmed to rest
Declared dead to life, alive to death.
Distanced minds fashioned her future
No sweetness to produce, never,
Why? We cannot say. We do not know
Darkness now dwells where lights dwelt.
I will now or near destroy these certificates
Shredding papers to poverty peacefully
Hiding the tears from a torn damaged heart
Leaving behind as they did, a maligned majesty.
