Bids opens for construction of health post at Wayalayeng

(Kaieteur News) – The Regional Democratic Council (RDC) of Region Seven has received three bids for its project – construction of health post at Wayalayeng, Upper Mazaruni.

According to the bids submitted to the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) office, the companies bid between $83 million and $91 million to build the health facility.

Earlier this year, the regional administration was allocated $1.5 billion out of its $5.7 billion budgetary allocation to roll out its health programme and projects for 2025.
