(Kaieteur News) – The Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) is gearing up to spend approximately $1,138,741,621 to execute infrastructure works in new housing areas in Regions Three, Four and Five.
According to the recent reading of bids, the areas identified are at Stewartville (East & West) on the West Coast Demerara, Great Diamond Block ‘7’ on the East Bank of Demerara, and at Burma, Region Five. The projects will be done in various lots.
This publication understands that some of the infrastructure developments in these areas include construction of roads, drainage, culverts, drainage networks, and electrical works.
